Der GHL Level-Sensor Floater ist ein Schwimmer-Füllstandssensor, der für GHL ProfiLux- Steuerungen entwickelt wurde.
Ausgestattet mit einem 3 m langen Kabel und einem Mini-DIN- Anschluss ermöglicht es die Steuerung verschiedener automatisierter Funktionen wie Osmolation, automatischem Wasserwechsel oder Leckageerkennung.
GHL Füllstandssensor Schwimmer Version 2 – Schwimmerfüllstandssensor für ProfiLux
Der GHL Füllstandssensor Floater Version 2 ist ein Schwimmersensor für Aquarien, Terrarien und ähnliche Anwendungen. Er erkennt Wasserstandsänderungen und kann mit einem GHL ProfiLux- Controller zur Automatisierung verschiedener Wasserstandsregelungsfunktionen verwendet werden.
Dank seines 3 Meter langen Kabels und des Mini-DIN- Anschlusses lässt sich dieser Sensor problemlos in eine bestehende GHL-Installation integrieren. Er eignet sich besonders gut zur Sicherung und Automatisierung der Wartung von Meerwasser-, Riff- oder Süßwasseraquarien.
Mögliche Einsatzmöglichkeiten mit ProfiLux
In Verbindung mit einem kompatiblen GHL ProfiLux-Controller kann dieser Füllstandssensor für verschiedene praktische Anwendungen eingesetzt werden:
Automatische Osmolation mit einem oder zwei Sensoren
Automatischer Wasserwechsel
Leckerkennung
Überwachung des Wasserstands in einem Absetzbecken, Reservoir oder technischen Abteil
Zuverlässiger und einfach zu installierender Schwimmersensor
Das Schwimmerprinzip ermöglicht eine einfache mechanische Erfassung des Wasserstands. Steigt oder fällt der Wasserstand, ändert der Schwimmer seine Position und übermittelt diese Information an die angeschlossene Steuerung.
Dieser Sensortyp eignet sich besonders für Installationen, die eine robuste und benutzerfreundliche Lösung erfordern. Für optimale Zuverlässigkeit empfiehlt es sich, den Sensor regelmäßig zu überprüfen und sicherzustellen, dass keine Ablagerungen, Schnecken, Algen oder sonstige Verunreinigungen die Bewegung des Schwimmers behindern.
Nur für vertikale Montage
Der GHL-Füllstandssensor Schwimmer Version 2 ist ausschließlich für die vertikale Montage vorgesehen. GHL empfiehlt die Verwendung der Sensorhalterung PL-LF-S8 für die korrekte Installation.
Eine sorgfältige Installation ist wichtig, um einen ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb des Sensors zu gewährleisten und Fehler bei der Wasserstandserkennung zu vermeiden.
Unterschiede zu einem optischen Sensor
Optische und Schwimmersensoren eignen sich für verschiedene Anwendungen im Wasserstandsmanagement. Optische Sensoren sind im Allgemeinen weniger anfällig für Verschmutzungen, während Schwimmersensoren eine einfache und effektive mechanische Lösung darstellen.

Nur in vertikaler Position installieren.
Verwenden Sie eine geeignete Halterung, z. B. die Halterung GHL PL-LF-S8.
Prüfen Sie regelmäßig, ob sich der Schwimmer frei bewegen kann.
Reinigen Sie den Sensor, falls sich dort Ablagerungen von Salz, Kalk, Algen oder Biofilm gebildet haben.
Vor jeglichen Installations-, Wartungs- oder Reinigungsarbeiten muss das Gerät vom Stromnetz getrennt werden.
